I have seen shows with talking about the advancement in genetics and scientists being able to manufacture or rejuvenating donated human body parts. If they ever perfect brain transplants and keeping the brain from malfunctioning - humans could live a long time. Science Fiction isnt all that far away from science fact. A man in Europe was working on creating cyborgs. A combination of human body and computer software. What is it about ourselves we are trying to perfect? How will these androids be used in the future?
One show quoted a scientist saying that in about 20 years, there should be a computer chip capable of processing as much knowledge as a human brain per second. I should say functions. Our brains operate much more than just our thinking. One positive future I dreamed about would be where androids tended the fields, the factories, the labor market; and humans - just lived. Attending to family and the earth and the passions in their minds.
